The company
Protiel was a sole proprietorship specializing in technical services and entertainment for private, public, and professional events. The business covered event entertainment, sound, lighting, audiovisual equipment rental, and technical support for events of all sizes. Alongside running the business, all digital, administrative, and logistics tooling was developed and managed in-house.
Mission
Handled the full management of the business, from sales prospecting to on-site delivery. Designed and hosted events (weddings, birthdays, ceremonies, commemorations, association and institutional events), provided technical sound and lighting services for concerts, shows, and public events, while ensuring preparation, transport, setup, and operation of the equipment.
The role also included managing a fleet of professional equipment stored in a dedicated warehouse, equipment maintenance, audiovisual equipment rental, client relationship management, quoting and invoicing, and coordinating freelance event technicians for larger engagements.
In parallel, developed and maintained the company website and designed an in-house SaaS tool to manage the entire commercial, administrative, and logistics activity.
