Raphaël Montico
AI Engineer

Alone we go faster, together, we go further.
An IT engineer passionate about new technologies, I have built my career around the design, deployment, and evolution of complex IT systems. My experience has allowed me to work on varied environments, ranging from user support to critical enterprise infrastructures, with an approach always focused on reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.
After a first entrepreneurial experience in the event industry, where I created and managed my own digital solutions to run a complete business (website, commercial management, inventory, invoicing, and business tools), I chose to orient my career towards IT. This experience brought me strong autonomy, a global vision of business needs, and a passion for building solutions adapted to users.
Graduated with a Professional Bachelor's Degree in Systems and Network Administration and Security, I developed in-depth expertise in IT infrastructures. I evolved for several years on Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and Citrix environments, notably within large groups like Geodis and Assa Abloy. I designed, administered, and evolved complex Citrix architectures (XenApp, XenDesktop, VDI, MCS, PVS, FSLogix, WEM), while ensuring support for critical production environments.
Throughout my experiences, I developed an infrastructure engineer approach: understanding business challenges, designing robust architectures, automating repetitive tasks, and documenting solutions. My missions also led me to work on numerous migration projects, security, industrialization, and continuous improvement, up to Citrix expert missions in Switzerland as a technical referent.
Today, I am expanding my area of expertise towards artificial intelligence by completing an AI Engineer training. I develop solutions combining Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, and MLOps to design intelligent applications deployable in production.
My objective is to leverage my experience in infrastructures, cloud, and software engineering by combining it with the new capabilities offered by artificial intelligence.
