Within a ten-person infrastructure team, I contributed to the operation, evolution, and transformation of the application virtualization and workstation environments.

Mission

Joined a team responsible for Citrix infrastructure and supported the evolution of user virtualization environments (VDI and application publishing). When I joined, I had theoretical knowledge of Citrix technologies, but this experience let me build full expertise directly in production, progressively mastering every layer of an enterprise Citrix architecture.

I contributed to the design, deployment, administration, and support of complete Citrix architectures, from user access layers through to backend infrastructure components. This hands-on growth allowed me to analyze complex incidents, identify root causes, and keep critical environments operational.

In parallel, I administered the Windows infrastructure hosting the Citrix platforms, Windows 10 VDI user environments, and XenServer hypervisors.

• Diagnosed and resolved complex incidents related to performance, user profiles, Citrix sessions, and infrastructure components.
• Rolled out monitoring and analysis tools such as Citrix Director and ControlUp to improve platform oversight.
